Avanafil vs tadalafil
Tadalafil (Cialis) does interact with some medications, such as heart and blood pressure medications, and taking them together could lead to very low blood pressure and dizziness. Avanafil used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). It’s taken by mouth as needed, but only for a maximum of once daily.
avanafil vs viagra
Avanafil and Viagra are both medications used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). Avanafil is a newer medication than Viagra and has a terminal half-life of around five hours, meaning it takes five hours to reach 50 percent of its original concentration in your body. Sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra, has a half-life of four hours. Both medications belong to a group of FDA-approved prescription medications called phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors (PDE5 inhibitors).
Avanafil dosage
The recommended starting dose is 100 mg. STEN DRA should be taken orally as needed as early as approximately 15 minutes before sexual activity.
Based on individual efficacy and tolerability, the dose may be increased to 200 mg taken as early as approximately 15 minutes before sexual activity, or decreased to 50 mg taken approximately 30 minutes before sexual activity. The lowest dose that provides benefit should be used.
The maximum recommended dosing frequency is once per day. Sexual stimulation is required for a response to treatment.
Avanafil side effects
Headache, skin flushing, nasal symptoms, and back pain are the most common side effects. They’re usually short-lived and go away on their own. Rarely, can cause painful erections lasting longer than 4 hours, vision problems, and heart problems. These situations require immediate medical attention.
