hygromycin b selection concentration
Hygromycin B antibiotic ensures effective positive selection of cells expressing the hygromycin resistance (hph) gene. In mammalian cells, the recommended working concentration range for hygromycin B is 100 – 500 µg/ml.
hygromycin b gold
Hygromycin B Gold is normally used at a concentration of 200 μg/ml, a 500-fold dilution from the stock solution.
hygromycin b for chickens/hygromycin b chickens
Hygromycin B is used in chickens as an aid in the control of infections of the following intestinal parasites: large roundworms (Ascaris galli), cecal worms (Heterakis gallinae) and capillary worms (Capillaria obsignata).
hygromycin b solubility/hygromycin b soluble
Miscible with water, methanol, buffer solution and ethanol. Immiscible with less polar solvents.
Hygromycin A 163 is an antibiotic produced by cultures of several types of Streptomyces50 and is widely used against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.
Hygromycin B 4-O-kinase (EC 188.8.131.52, hygromycin-B kinase) is an enzyme with systematic name ATP:hygromycin-B 4-O-phosphotransferase.
